What is happening? A cut-off date has been set for migrating all WCMS non-responsive sites to the responsive design. If sites are not migrated by this date, they will be automatically migrated without review.

When is this happening? Thursday, August 31, 2017

What you need to do? The point of contact (POC) for each site should submit an RT<mailto:rt-ist-wcms at rt.uwaterloo.ca> to set up a scheduled migration as soon as possible in advance of this date. This allows time for the POC and site maintainers to review and update content in the new design, to make sure site visitors have the best possible viewing experience. Additional details are available at https://uwaterloo.ca/web-resources/wcms-users/training-and-support/wcms-how-documents/move-to-responsive.

If you are responsible for a website but do not know your POC, please email wcms at uwaterloo.ca<mailto:wcms at uwaterloo.ca>.

Questions or concerns? Please contact the IST Service Desk, helpdesk at uwaterloo.ca<mailto:helpdesk at uwaterloo.ca>, ext. 44357.
