What is happening? Some students have been experiencing issues logging into their Mailservices accounts. IST is aware of the issue and is investigating. This only impacts myWaterloo; students can still access their email via SquirrelMail: https://mailservices.uwaterloo.ca/webmail/src/login.php

When did this happen? Students started reporting issues at approximately 12:30 p.m. today.
