[Faccus] Crowdmark email issues – October 6

What is happening? Some students have had issues receiving email from Crowdmark over the past week. IST has discovered that if Crowdmark is unsuccessful sending an email to an account, it will not try to send that email again and will turn off emails to that address.
What you need to do: Students should verify that their @uwaterloo.ca forwarding address is correct. If it was incorrect, after changing it to the right address, send the student’s userid to to support at crowdmark.com<mailto:support at crowdmark.com> (students can do this directly) or contact the IST Service Desk, helpdesk at uwaterloo.ca<mailto:helpdesk at uwaterloo.ca> or ext. 44357.
