[Faccus] Request Tracker (RT) issues – September 7 + 8

What is happening? IST has identified an issue with RT and the DNS configuration which has since been resolved.
What is the impact? Users who submitted RT’s between 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 7 and 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 8 and did not receive an email notification that an RT had been created, should resubmit their RT.
