Only two faculties have responded to this invitation so far (and most members of the W10 project team). I'm hoping there is more interest as these sessions are geared towards helping you out with your W10 needs and concerns. If you or someone in your faculty are interested, please let me know.

Subject: Microsoft W10 Proof of Concept Invitation!

I am pleased to announce that Microsoft has selected the University of Waterloo as the site of a "Windows 10 Proof of Concept" series of presentations, to commence the week of September the 19th for five (5) full days from 9am until 5pm. This is intended to be four days of presentations and hands-on labs followed by an assessment of our environment, and a roadmap on how to proceed on the 5th day, customized to our needs.

More information is available here: http://windows.uwaterloo.ca/docs/Win10POC/Fast%20Start-Windows%2010%20Enterprise%20PoC.pdf

We have limited space as these are typically targeted at 6-or-fewer people, but have convinced Microsoft to accept up to 2 people per faculty, and key members of the IST W10 project team. Please talk to others in your faculty and let me know ASAP if the above dates work for you, and who is expected to attend. If the timing is appropriate for most, we will go ahead and book this engagement. Further details as to where this will be held are pending. Thank you for your attention on this, as well as for your anticipated prompt reply.
