Comment:        (for the fourth day in a row) The same one of the 6 primary mailbox nodes had a software bug and crashed. Restarting node restored service.  Investigation starting to try determine and prevent in the future - we have not yet located a root cause.  Appears to be related to filesystem cleanup deadlock.  Attempted fix this morning (obviously not working).  Just tried another potential workaround.

Impact limited to those with a mailbox on the impacted node - all others were normal.  Impact would be no access to mailbox - incoming email would queue and is now being delivered.
