[Faccus] UPDATE: Microsoft Office 365 accounts provided to new students - June 27

UPDATE: During the past month some incoming first year students unknowingly set off an automatic process that created a second email account on mailservices.  This has caused confusion as to where email is being delivered and how they can access uwaterloo email.

We have sent those students an email detailing what they need to do to ensure that they receive email sent from the University of Waterloo.

What is happening? Approximately 8,400 Microsoft Office 365 accounts were provided to new University of Waterloo students (arriving fall 2016) over the weekend.
