What is happening? Some mailservices users have experienced difficulty logging into their account (myWaterloo and SquirrelMail) and/or mail content is not displaying once logged in.



When is this happening? Issues were reported this afternoon (Wednesday, June 1) and may be ongoing for some users.



IST is investigating the cause of this issue.
