[Faccus] Issue with mailservices and Thunderbird - March 31

What is happening? Some mailservices users have experienced intermittent delays and failed connections when attempting to access their email account.



When is this happening? Issues were reported Wednesday, March 30 but may be ongoing for some users.



What is the impact? IST is investigating the cause of this issue. Additionally, we believe it may be triggering a problem with subscriptions in Thunderbird. IST recommends the following:

*         Turn off the option "Show only subscribed folders" under Advanced Server Settings
