[Faccus] Explanation of network connectivity issues - Nov 2

Good afternoon,

This afternoon, a routine firewall configuration change caused some unintended network connectivity issues. The firewall change was rolled-back at approximately 3:00 p.m. and known connectivity issues have since been resolved. IST will be investigating further.
