[Faccus] Request Tracker(RT) -general- and IST-CS* queue permission changes

What is happening? Access to the RT -general- queue will be restricted to IT staff on campus. Some of the IST-CS* (IST Client Services) queues will be opened up to IT staff on campus.



When is this happening? Monday, September 28 at  8:00 a.m.


What is the impact? Non-IT staff will no longer have access to -general- queue tickets. On campus IT staff will have increased access to IST-CS* queues.
