[Faccus] Issue with Outlook 2013 and Mailservices - September 4

What is happening? IST has confirmed a bug in Outlook 2013 that affects mailservices users. As a result, IST does not recommend using Outlook 2013 with mailservices accounts.

What is the impact? The following operations are problematic:

*         Deleting a folder

*         Renaming a folder

*         Changing IMAP configuration after the account has already been in use

When the problem occurs the observed symptoms are:

*         Empty inbox

*         Missing folders

*         Folders not being synchronized to the mail server
