Resolved: The WatIAM web interface was moved to a new environment, which has improved application performance and resolved previously reported issues.

Update: Temporary workarounds have been put in place in an effort to improve use of the WatIAM service. IST staff continue to work to resolve the main issue.

What is happening? We are currently experiencing issues with the WatIAM system (http://watiam.uwaterloo.ca). IST staff are investigating the issue.

What is the impact to users? A restart has improved service, but there are still intermittent interruptions where an administrator or user may receive a "connection reset" message.
