[Faccus] Netapp storage maintenance - January 24

What is happening? File services currently using filed shares (R: drive) will be migrated to a new netapp file server.

When is this happening? Saturday, January 24, 8:00-10:00 a.m.

What is the impact? During the outage window, shares will be disabled at the current source, data will be synchronized to the new target, and then shares will be brought back online.

What will users need to do? If there is content on their share or R: drive they will need access to on Saturday, they should copy it to their workstation and work on it there. They can then place the content back on their share or R: drive after the maintenance window has passed.
