[Faccus] Lync service interruption - January 13, 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.

What is being done?  Lync services are being moved to the new load balancer.

Why is this being done? The changes will improve the network and load balancing.

When is it being done? Tuesday, January 13, 6:30 a.m.-8:30 a.m.

What is the impact to Lync users? All active connections to Lync will be dropped at some point during this time period. For some clients, it may take 5 minutes for connectivity to be restored.
