[Faccus] Outlook prompts after move to new load balancer

What is happening? Some users are getting Outlook prompts warning them about settings coming from a redirected location.
Why is this happening? Exchange/Connect was moved to a new network load balancer on Monday morning (https://uwaterloo.ca/information-systems-technology/news/exchangeconnect-dec-8). The new network load balancer has a different IP address than the previous network switch. Outlook notices that the Exchange configuration location (autodiscover) has changed and is prompting you to accept this "new" source for your Outlook settings.
What should users do? It is safe (and appropriate) to allow this and future prompts for the website https://autodiscover.uwaterloo.ca/autodiscover/autodiscover.xml.
