What is happening? The IST Service Desk (CHIP) will be closed during the move to East Campus 2. More details are listed in a previous communication included below.

When is this happening? November 28, 12:00 noon - 4:30 pm

What is the impact to users? IST Service Desk (CHIP) services will be unavailable. Client Services and Instructional Technology and Multimedia Services staff will also be moving on the afternoon of November 28 and will not have immediate access to email.

What should users do if they require assistance during the closure? Please email request at uwaterloo.ca<mailto:request at uwaterloo.ca> or call ext.84357 and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

What is happening? The IST Service Desk (CHIP) is moving from its current location in Math & Computer (MC 1052) to East Campus 2 (EC2 foyer).

When is this happening? November 28 at 1:00 pm

What services does this affect? See list below. Note that media resources including podium key administration, Scantron exam (OMR) scanning, and exam marking will continue to be offered in MC 1052 until the end of the fall term. It is recommended that users visit the Davis Centre Service Desk for most computer related issues.
