[Faccus] An Infrastructure Issue causing slow LEARN Response Times --RESOLVED

As a result of an infrastructure issue, LEARN is experiencing slow response times. The vendor is currently looking to resolve this as quickly as possible. We will provide an update as soon as we have details. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.

Update -- 4:15 PM

The infrastructure issue has been resolved and the vendor will continue to monitor.  Thank you for your patience.
