What is WinDesktop?: WinDesktop is a Windows server that is used by non-Windows clients (i.e. Macs) to access IE-specific web-based applications such as Agile Shipping.

What happened?: The SSL certificate was renewed on WinDesktop on September 29th, 2014. Some clients may not have the correct intermediate certificate from GlobalSign installed on their machines.

What do I need to do? If you have trouble connecting to WinDesktop, you may need to download and install the new SHA-256 version of the intermediate certificate from GlobalSign from this site<https://support.globalsign.com/customer/portal/articles/1219303-organizationssl-intermediate-certificates>.
