[Faccus] UPDATE: Issues with WatIAM – September 10 (resolved)

UPDATE (10:23 am): WatIAM service has been restored. There were some communication problems with one of the active directory domain controllers that needed to be restored.
What is happening: We are currently experiencing issues with the WatIAM system (http://watiam.uwaterloo.ca). We are investigating the issue and hope to have it resolved shortly.
What is the impact to users: Search is working but account management (e.g. activation, password reset, etc..) is down. We will send out an update notice when the issue has been resolved.
