[Faccus] UPDATE: Renison Telephones out of service - September 3 (resolved)

UPDATE (Sept.5, 4:07 pm): The service technician has replaced a number of faulty components. Lines have been tested and diagnostics routines have been run. These tests indicate that full service has been restored.
UPDATE (Sept.5, 12:13 pm): An alternate phone was installed this morning to provide service to the reception area at Renison - it can be reached by calling the main number (519-884-4404) and pressing 0 or directly at x28505. A service technician is enroute with replacement parts. It is anticipated that full service will be restored later this afternoon. An update will follow later this afternoon.
UPDATE (Sept.5, 9:23 am): Replacement parts did not arrive as expected yesterday. We will provide an update later this morning (Sept 5th).
What is happening? Telephone service at Renison University College is up but in a degraded state. Service technicians have investigated the lingering issues and identified another component that was damaged.
When will service be restored? Replacement parts are on order and are expected onsite Thursday morning (Sept 4th).
