[Faccus] Bomgar maintenance and upgrade June 4, 2014

What is happening? The Bomgar appliance hosting remotehelp.uwaterloo.ca will be upgraded and will change to NEXUS authentication.

When is this happening? Wednesday June 4, 2pm to 4:30pm

How does this impact you? Bomgar will be unavailable during the upgrade.

After the upgrade: Login with your NEXUS password instead of your ADS password. The Bomgar Representative Console on your machine should update automatically after you login. If there are difficulties, uninstall the Bomgar Representative Console and download the current version from https://remotehelp.uwaterloo.ca/login, which is accessible through the wired network. To access from eduroam you must first establish a VPN connection. (This limitation only applies to the administrative web interface, not to everyday use of Bomgar.)
