Due to recent updates provided by our wireless vendor (Aruba), the issue with Surface tablets is resolved. Previously, the only way for the Surface Pro tablets to establish a network connection with eduroam was to revert the wireless adapter and to disable hardware updates. If you had applied the previously provided fix to your Surface Pro, please follow the steps attached to revert the changes and enable hardware updates. Surface RT 2 tablets do not require any additional steps to connect (as they never had a temporary fix applied to them).

If you experience any issues following the attached instructions or with your Surface tablet, please feel free to contact us.
