Comment:        We need to restart the Lync Front End services on the Lync Front-End server 1.  This will cause the 26 users connected to it to be temporarily disconnected and then moved to the next available server.  This time should only be approximately 30 seconds or less.  You may experience this re-connect once the service has been fully restarted.  Any existing communications will not be interrupted.
