All services restarted.  There were a few issues that may have caused more client disconnects than expected, but all servers and services are up and running properly.

Since we have introduced some Windows Server 2012 R2 servers to the Lync environment for a new feature that will be available soon, it has required a change to the existing Lync Front End servers that is requiring a restart of the services.

The services will be restarted server by server to minimize the impact to the end users.  If you are connected to a server that is having its services restarted, you will be briefly disconnected while you are moved to the next available server.  The shutdown process is graceful to allow any existing conversations to finish before shutting down.
