[Faccus] Netapp controller issue - drives, shares and profiles affected

What is happening? The Netapp controlled failed for a short time this morning, which would have impacted the ability to access N/R drive, other shares and profiles.

Update: IST has since investigated and restored this service.

How does this impact me? If you are still experiencing issues, please restart your machine.
