[Faccus] CAS unavailable Nov 13

What is being done?  CAS is being taken offline for scheduled maintenance.



Why is it being done?  To move CAS back behind the IST production load balancer.



When is it being done?  November 13 between 7:00 a.m. and 7:15 a.m.



Who will it impact?  LEARN users, as well as any other application relying on CAS as an authentication mechanism.
