[Faccus] Authentication issue

What is happening? We are currently experiencing an issue with authentication (logging in to a service or system).

How does this impact you? Users have reported issues accessing services or systems that require authentication i.e. SharePoint and network drives (R:drive and N:drive).

What is being done? IST is investigating the problem and is working with Microsoft to resolve the issue.
