Thanks for the feedback Terry and Cheryl

I've revised it as follows (I like the word 'clients' instead of 'users' but will go with what the Strategic plan is using ...)

The mission of the Helpdesk Initiatives group is to work together on initiatives to enable all IT Helpdesks on campus to improve service to users. This could include: documentation, communication, marketing, tools and solutions, training, and service processes.
