Comment:        The Academic Services router in MC has recovered from the crash and is functioning normally.

A routine configuration command that should have been non-service affecting, caused the router to crash and reboot.

This caused the AS router in EV1 to crash and reboot. It has also recovered since the event.  

Users may have experienced an outage of up to 10 minutes before service was restored in both areas.

A ticket has been opened with the vendor.
