[Faccus] Problems with Waterloo LEARN (Desire2Learn learning management system) since at least 11:15PM last night - FIXED!

Hello again,
Sorry for the series of emails today. There is a fine line between 
keeping people informed and spamming, and I may have crossed it :-)

The system is up and available now. I am supposed to have a call from 
D2L any minute now to hear more details on the problem.
