[Faccus] Problems with Waterloo LEARN (Desire2Learn learning management system) since at least 11:15PM last night

My apologies for the extra message. While LEARN is up and you can get to 
the login page, we're having problems logging in. I hope to have an 
update very soon. Please hold off sending this message elsewhere or 
changing bulletins!
