Email Services Support Group Forum - Exchange Edition

The intent is to provide communication to and from the UWaterloo community of Microsoft Exchange users through membership in this forum.

  1. Listening to end user ideas and problems. Users often have ideas for enhancements or have problems using the system to full capabilities. The front-line IT support staff who support the user community should bring forward such ideas or problems and participate in suggesting alternatives.
  2. Providing documentation and communicating suggestions to users of the email systems. Email system support staff who are familiar with the system capabilities or best practice can help users to make effective use of the email systems.
