We use many services without the need to understand the underlying infrastructure. For telephone systems this is a little different because a lack of understanding may impact your costs and how you do business. With this in mind, Joe will cover some of the many systems supported by his team including some initiatives completed to help others in the past. He will also talk briefly about plans moving forward. Even if there are no takeaways for you, you may find it interesting to see how telephony systems are managed on campus. A follow up meeting can be arranged to discuss specific needs for your area.
