What do you do if someone comes to you with a complaint of harassment?  As
an employee of the University of Waterloo, you are required under University
Ethical Behaviour Policy 33 and provincial human rights legislation to
respond in a timely and sensitive manner. Matt Erickson, Director, Conflict
Management and Human Rights Office (CMAHRO), will present a session on
responding to complaints of harassment and discrimination.
