UWFA's annual Stock Pitch Competition is back! This year, we will be hosting this 7th annual event on September 22nd, 2018.

Location: Delta Hotels by Marriott Waterloo (110 Erb St W, Waterloo, ON N2L 0C6)
Teams: 1-3
Sponsors: BMO Capital Markets and MORE! There will also be keynotes from industry leaders to be announced leading up to the event.

The competition will include networking sessions with industry judges who work in Investment Banking, Private Equity, and Asset Management. The prize pool includes $1000 for first place, $600 for second place, and $400 for third place. At this competition, extensive training and support will be provided to the delegates before presenting a 10 minute pitch, followed by a Q&A session. The event promises to be a great learning experience and opportunity to meet other students and finance professionals.

*Note that if you purchase your team ticket prior to August 29th, 11:59PM, you will receive early-bird pricing $40. After this date, regular prices would be $60. Your application, resume and slide-decks do not need to be submitted by this date.

The Stock Pitch Competition is open to university students from all schools across Canada. A rough draft of your pitch along with your application and resume must be submitted by September 12, 11:59PM EST to stockpitch at uwfinance.ca<mailto:stockpitch at uwfinance.ca>. You will have until September 19th to make any changes and submit your final slide deck.
