Hi CLV Grads,
Next week is a busy one; Make sure to come on out to some of the Community Events!
Looking ahead to next week's events...
* Yoga - Wednesday, February 14th, 7 pm - 8 pm in the CLV Community Centre.
* DIY Booster Smoothies - Thursday, February 15th, 6 pm - 7 pm in the CLV Community Centre. Come make a customizable smoothie and learn about the nutritional benefits of healthy additives such as chia seeds and hemp hearts! Make sure to register via Eventbrite, and if possible, bring your own glassware!
* Community Breakfast - Friday, February 16th, 8 am - 9 am in the CLV Community Centre.
