[Clvsouth] Mandatory CLV South Graduate Orientation

Hi Pam and Danielle,

I have a conflict with my department orientation on Wednesday September 7th. The Planning events begin at 8:45 am and are also mandatory. Is there a way I could either receive an information package with all of the relevant information, or is there an alternate date when I can attend?

Hello New Residents of Columbia Lake Village South,

We hope you will enjoy your new home in CLV.  All new graduate residents are required to attend a mandatory orientation session which will take place on:

Wednesday September 7  – from 9 am to 10 am –in the CLV Community Centre

 Orientation sessions are held for several reasons:
•         To welcome you to our community – and give you a chance to meet your Graduate neighbours and the CLV Staff and learn about their roles
•         To familiarize you with the amenities within your townhouse
•         To provide information about our maintenance department and how the maintenance program works
•         To answer any questions you may have about the CLV Graduate community

Please register via  EventBrite<https://www.eventbrite.ca/e/clv-south-graduate-orientation-clv-south-graduate-residents-only-tickets-27352037681> with your name, unit number, and room letter by 12 midnight on Tuesday September 6 to acknowledge that you have received this email and will be attending.  If you forget to register, you are can still attend.
If you experience any difficulties registering via Eventbrite please reply back with your name, unit number and room letter to register.
