[SSDC-Safety] Midterm Safety Review & Work Bay Inspection

Hello,

Midterm safety reviews for work bay-based student teams will be during the week of July 15th 2019. Graeme will meet with the Safety Captain (or designated person if the Safety Captain is unavailable) for ½ hour to review the Team Safety Manual, MSDS, and for an inspection of the work bay. The goal of these meetings are to determine progress made by the team in their safety program, to answer questions that the team has about safety-related matters, and to highlight any potential hazards that you may be unaware of.

Please choose 1 time slot that your safety captain or delegate is able to meet with Graeme. Please state your name AND team name when entering you info in a time slot.

I have attached a copy of the Mid-term review and manual just in case you need one.
