Subject: TQC 2019: Deadline approaching

Dear Colleagues,

This year's TQC submission deadline of February 8 is approaching. TQC covers all theoretical aspects of quantum information---quantum computation, quantum communication, and quantum cryptography. Submissions are solicited in two tracks: conference (talk+proceedings) and workshop (talk-only). Poster submissions are also welcomed. The submission format for the workshop track is very similar to that of QIP and the conference track features an Outstanding Paper Award. TQC 2019 will be held at the University of Maryland, June 3-5, 2019. It will be followed by a Noisy Intermediate-Scale Quantum Technologies Workshop (NISQ), taking place June 6-7. Confirmed invited speakers for NISQ include Scott Aaronson, Elizabeth Crosson, Misha Lukin, Chris Monroe, Hanhee Paik, John Preskill, Krysta Svore, and Peter Zoller.
