Dear colleague,

It's our pleasure to announce that TQC 2019 -- the 14th Conference on the Theory of Quantum Computation, Communication, and Cryptography -- will take place at the University of Maryland, June 3-5, 2019.

This year, TQC will be followed by a Noisy Intermediate-Scale Quantum Technologies Workshop (NISQ), taking place June 6-7. Confirmed invited speakers for NISQ include Scott Aaronson, Elizabeth Crosson, Misha Lukin, Chris Monroe, Hanhee Paik, John Preskill, Krysta Svore, and Peter Zoller.

We hope you will join us in College Park for these exciting events. The main dates are as follows.

TQC Submission: February 8th

TQC Notification: March 24th

NISQ Poster submission: April 10th

TQC+NISQ Early registration deadline: April 26th
