Sarah,

I hope you are doing well. We are recruiting for a position in post-quantum cryptography and coding theory. I'd really appreciate it if you would share this announcement with those in your network who might be interested in applying - or consider applying yourself if you happen to be looking for a change of scenery. Virginia Tech is a great place to work!

Virginia Tech has tenure-track search in post-quantum cryptography and coding theory. Appointment as an Assistant Professor of Mathematics is anticipated, but exceptional senior candidates will be considered for Associate Professor of Mathematics or Professor of Mathematics positions. The full description is posted at https://www.mathjobs.org/jobs/list/22896. We are seeking candidates with strong backgrounds in post-quantum cryptography, algebraic coding theory, or closely related topics. Possible specialties include but are not limited to applied algebra, algebraic geometry, combinatorics, number theory, coding theory, cryptography, or a closely related area.

Gretchen
