In case you haven't heard already, FemPhys now has a club room in the physics building (room 104 on the floor maps)!! As such we will need volunteers from our community who are willing to hold office hours to open up and look after the space and make sure the code of conduct and room rules are being upheld. The room will be open to all during these office hours as a place to work or socialise. Please respond to this email if you are interested in helping us with this. We will be hosting a training session for prospective office volunteers.

If you are unable to volunteer, please still come by to visit, say hello, chat, and hang out with us! A schedule of office hours will be posted once it is finalised. Thanks and take care.
