*Subject: *[Spectra] GEMS of Combinatorics

Hi Everyone,

We wish to announce GEMS of Combinatorics (Gender Equity in the
Mathematical Study of Combinatorics), a free virtual conference on
combinatorics and gender equity. It will take place on September 1 and 2.
We would be happy if you would advertise it to anyone in your department
who would be interested.

The conference has three primary goals: 1) Celebrate the latest research in
combinatorics and discrete math by those who identify as gender minorities
in mathematics, 2) Discuss gender equity in the combinatorics community,
and 3) Gauge interest in such events for future in-person conferences.

You can find more information on the website:
https://sites.google.com/berkeley.edu/gemsofcombinatorics/. There is no
registration fee, but please note the deadline to register is August 29.

Best regards,
Juliette Bruce, on behalf of the organizers
