Dear Women in Math members,

You are all invited to the following two welcome events for our new female
students. Your attendance would help us in giving a warm welcome to our new
students in the faculty.

Get to know other women in math and build your connections in a virtual
meet up!

There will also be a session 2 in the evening (EDT) for those who can not
attend session 1.

Session 2 will take place in the evening (EDT) for those who can not attend
session 1.


The first half an hour of the events includes short messages from the dean,
different  women representatives at faculty of mathematics and some of
the first year instructors. In the second half,  attendees will have a
chance to talk to each other, faculty and upper year students in virtual
breakout rooms.
Please let me know if you would like to be a volunteer in a breakout room
to monitor and lead the discussion for either of the events.
