We are moving full steam ahead with preparations for the Fall Variety Show, and I have several important dates to share with you.

There is a Board meeting happening tomorrow (today?), Wednesday, Sept 26 at 7:30pm in HH259. We will be approving show dates and budget. Details below.

The pre-auditions script read-through will take place this Friday, Sept 28 at 8pm in HH 119.

This is your opportunity to get a sneak peak at the script and help writers iron out the kinks.

Auditions for the fall show will take place next week:

 - Dates: Mon - Wed, October 1 - 3

 - Time: 7pm - 9:30pm

 - Location: HH 344

As a reminder, attending one night of auditions is mandatory if you would like to appear on stage, and highly recommended for other roles. EVERYONE needs to complete the form.

 (1) To approve number of shows, show dates and location proposed by the Show Council:

 Location: AL 116 (or another suitable room)

 (2) To approve high-level budget for 2 shows this year. Show Council will create detailed budgets with the advise of the Treasurer and President. Some proposed budgets will be presented and discussed.
