Attention FASSies one and all!

Mark your calendars! The 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be
held on *Saturday,
March 23rd at 2:00 PM EST in AL 105*. What is a FASS AGM? Glad you asked.
This is a time when the entire Company comes together for the following:

   1. Board Elections
   2. Constitutional Amendments
   3. Honour Roll
   4. Show Watch Party

*1. Board Elections*
Each year at the AGM, a new President, Company Coordinator, and four
representatives are elected to the Board by the Company. For more
information on these positions, see Article 2 Section 14 and Article 4
Sections 1, 3, and 5 of the FASS Constitution (attached).

*2. Constitutional Amendments *
The FASS Constitution is a fundamental document that governs all FASS
operations. Any amendment proposals that have been approved by the Board
will be announced at the AGM and the remaining company members will have an
opportunity to vote. If you wish to propose a change to the constitution,
please email prez at fass.uwaterloo.ca* prior to the AGM*.

*3. Honour Roll*
The FASS Honour Roll recognizes significant contributions by members of the
company, usually over the course of a few years. Some examples of what
might land someone on the list are:

   - Outstanding contributions to one aspect of production (e.g. technical,
   acting, band)
   - Contributions to all aspects of the show
   - Taking on a roll that no one else would

Any member of the company can nominate someone to the Honour Roll by
contacting the Board *prior to the AGM*. The Board will announce approved
nominations at the AGM. All nominations that remain uncontested by the end
of the AGM will automatically be added to the Honour Roll.


*4. Watch Party*
After all the official business is taken care of, we will sit down to watch
the recording of *The Other Side of the Story.* Sit back and relax. You've
earned it!
