Dear incoming DD student,

We are looking forward to seeing you Sunday, September 13th @ 5pm for your double degree orientation.

Location: M3 1006 (the only room on the first floor, just enter the building and you’ll find it with ease)

What do you need to bring? A water bottle filled with water or really any drink that you would like to bring.

Food? QuickSandwiches at 5pm

What about SBE O-Day? Leave early if you’re worried but you should be back before 5pm

What about the mentorship program? It will be integrated in after the presentation 

Do I need to register? No but you can sign up for the mentorship part online to make it easier on us - see previously sent email (or just click on 

Is this mandatory? Yes
